What it's like to work here
The honest version. What we expect, what we offer, and the questions people usually ask us before they apply.
We hire for what you are interested in, not for what your degree says. Plenty of our team are doing work they did not study for, and that is by design rather than by accident.
Whether you work from home or from one of our offices is your choice. So is the field you grow into. What we ask in return is a full and honest day's work.
What we offer
Work from home, or from an office
Fully remote if that suits you, or join us at our Chennai or Tirunelveli office. It is your choice, and you do not need to justify it.
Coming back after a break
Any career break is welcome here — maternity, health, family, caring, study, or simply time away. A gap on your CV is not something you need to explain away with us.
Choose your field
We hire on interest, not on your degree. If you want to work in something other than what you studied, that is a conversation we are happy to have.
Move between teams
Once you are here and settled, you can move into a different team as openings come up. Your first role does not have to be your only one.
Training and a mentor
You are trained on our own tools, and paired with an experienced colleague who has done the work. We would rather teach you than turn you away for not knowing yet.
Flexible timings, fixed hours
You choose the window that fits your life. Once it is set, it stays put — so your team always knows when you are around.
Things people ask us
Better to know now than after two rounds of interviews.
- Do you provide a laptop?No
- No. You will need your own laptop in good working order.
- Is the internet connection reimbursed? No
- No. A stable, reasonably fast connection at your end is on you, and it matters more than usual if you are working from home.
- Can I work fully from home?Yes
- Yes. You can also work from our Chennai or Tirunelveli office if you would rather — some roles are based at one office, and the job listing always says so.
- Can I change my working hours later? With notice
- Your window is agreed with your team and then stays fixed. If your circumstances change, talk to your reporting manager and it can be reset — it is the day-to-day chopping and changing we avoid.
- I have been out of work for a while. Should I still apply?Yes
- Yes. Tell us what you want to do next rather than explaining the gap. That is the part we are interested in.
